Idiot question from new member ..... 35mm ?

I've moved on to digital, and for a whole host of reasons I would never want to be without my new kit. For amateur togs like the majority of us digital has without question revolutionised our photography. And I agree with the earlier comments regarding how much more I get from my pictures, and how often they are viewed and shown.

However nobody but nobody is going to convince me that digital picture quality can be directly compared with transparencies. It still isn't in the same ball court IMO. If you read the pro mags regularly you'll see that many of our top togs are still shooting film where exceptional quality is required.
