as enyone fished at rush lyvers in hedon. i`m just trying to find out what its like befor i go i`v been told thers carp over 20lb but weathers that ture or not i dont know. if anyone has been can you let me know your opinion on the place please.

Not caught any carp to 20lb there, but i wouldn't be surprised if there are some that size.

 

Last time I fished there the groundbait ban was still in force, so you'll have to stick with loosefeed. The part near the car park is the most popular area (for obvious reasons) but I've had good catches from further along. After you've parked up, head clockwise and get to the second or third island then fish the southern or eastern side :)

Species caught in 2011: Blackthorn, Crab Apple, Elder, Fir, Hawthorn, Horse Chestnut, Oak, Passing Dog, Rowan, Sycamore, Willow.

There used to be a chart in the office with all the species to be found in the lake, but it was looking pretty tatty the last time I went....

 

I think he still allows night fishing too, but I wouldn't recommend that right now :cold:
