Waggler Feeders & Floating Feeders

Has anyone tried using these for Carp?

 

 

 

I've spotted similar products to the above in my local tackle shop & keep debating giving them a try, fished with a short hooklength in the margins, with maggots trickling out of the feeder over a couple of maggots on the hook.

 

Are they any good? Has anyone had any success with them?

What Rabster means by the island margin is 12 to 18" on the island

OK, so occasionally, my casting is a bit random, but fortunately I've now replaced that alleged 15lb line I had on, so in future it shouldn't take three of us & a landrover to snap it.

What i mean is how many did you get???

 

I know they work well on match style waters but think on ours you will need a gallon to feed of the bit's
