Hi All,

Not been on here for quite a while. I've missed reading all your posts.

Could anybody tell me which are the best areas and what we might possibly catch (rock fishing or small boat) 1st 2 weeks in May. We will be staying near Salen.

Salen as in Mull??? Your best bet for a good hit is to go onto WSF Scottish forum. Mind you Norrie/Davy Holt/Glasgo Dan etc may leap out of the shadows

Hiya, Are you taking your own boat? or hiring from Andy Jackson?? If you have a small boat, you would be better getting tied up to one of the fish farm bouys, and legering baits...Just across from Andys yard in Laga Bay is as good as any actually...if you want, I can print up some charts for you, and post them down...with a few marks on them..

 

I'll need your addy tho'.. you can PM it to me if you like...

 

May will be good for Spurs, Thornback,Pollock,Conger,LSD, among otheres... and last but not least Common Skate..
