Pokey at Blickling Lakes

Has anyone ever caught Pokey the Pike (lmao) out of Blickling Lakes. Have heard he's rather big, and was wondering about the weight.

It just had to happen!! A 'named' pike, oh dear, lets leave that for the carpies !

I laughed too. It was my mum who told me, she was speaking too someone who said I should try and catch Pokey from Blickling. I said "Nice, how big is this carp then?"

 

Apparently he's easily noticed or something..

My girlfriend was interested in how certain carp had been named. The conversation broadened out and she heard 'Jack Pike' being mentioned.

 

She then asked the obvious unanswerable question 'How do you know which one is Jack?'
