At roughly £5571 an acre I will take 5 acres and run the place, now we just need another 170 investors with £5571 to spare.

 

4 bed rooms should be enough for fishing and

shooting parties.

 

4 bedrooms = 8 people, 170 investors would get 21 days a year

 

Put a caravan in one of the out buildings and I will sleep there so there is another room to rent out.

 

If we ran a flock of sheep I am sure Elton would invest.

 

Seems that there is enough grass to run a herd of beef cows.

 

Fence the woods off with materials available and run a dozen or so pigs, megga BBQ's.
