Where to to fish at Stratford

Hi there I am planning to fish the Avon at Stratford possibly the stretch behind the leisure centre or the area facing the centre. Are these stretches day ticket or club waters and does anyone have any tips/knowledge or experience that may help.

I have fished across from the RSC and i caught 3 huge chub but their is a amazing place called Coxs Yard which is very close by. It is a Pub&Coffee shop&Tea room on the river and the water is so clear you can see huge chub and big carp.
