Nokia Mobile Phone - Data Call

I've got a Nokia phone - I think it's a 6230.

 

I keep getting 'data call' coming up, with a strange ring.

 

Above the bit where it say 'Options', it comes up 'Infrared'.

 

I've had a number +5227423 come up a few times, and sometimes 'No number'.

 

Does anyone know what this is?

 

It's driving me mad and killing my battery! :mad:

I have the same phone but I don't have this happening to mine. Although a couple of times the battery has flattened suddenly for no "apparent" reason, perhaps the same is happening to me without me realising it. Not much help either I'm afraid.

I wondered if it was Bluetooth. Thought that number may indicate something.

 

If it persists, I'll have to contact those really helpful people at O2.....

It could be that someone is trying to contact you via a pc/moden likely to be a miss dial dont ring em back.

Definitely not ringing back. I'm not even answering it, just in case!
