Message for Mr Anthony Emery!

Up until about a month ago I loved Royal Mail, nowt went wrong, with first class delivered next day about 90% of the time and within 2 days for the rest.Our mail was always delivered before 9am also. Now it seems to be the case that nearly 90% is going missing and our incoming post can arrive anytime up to 4pm and if its raining there wont be any ( I kid you not )Parcelforce is now the same, the last 2 euro 48hr deliveries both took 10 days. Im now using City Link and am finding on avarage its cheaper than Royal Mail , plus its a guaranteed next day delivery and no waiting in the never ending PO.queue.

we get a different postie every day ,we get other peoples post most days and only god knows what time he/she will actually turn up ,the local postbox frequently gets so full you cant post a letter and now their not using the collection tags you dont know when its supposed to be emptied or if it hasent

Our postman now delivers around mid afternoon, I paid £53.00 for a p.o Box for 12 mths.. I can collect mail directly from sorting office ..I sent our lass to collect the mail last week , She was 3 hrs queing with people who have P.O Box's..When she got to the front the postman in the office told her he was waiting for the mail to be delivered to him....Honestly is there any hope for the royal mail..
