Can someone help me please?  I had this question asked of me and don't have an answer.

 

'With a wife who works for Oxford University, she travels to England and Scotland a lot. I plan on traveling with her on one of her next trips. Is fishing in Scotland any easier than fishing in England? By easier, I mean fishable waters and their regulations.'

 

I assume he doesn't mind fishing for salmon and sea trout.
