Free Legal Advice......?

Hi, does anybody a good source for free legal advice on land and access issues?

 

Parents just had a letter through this morning, there are a few parts that they don't understand in it and they're trying work it out....

 

Got a legal battle with neighbours and they're being awkward gits over this. Court case this year has run into its 5th year

If there's anything specific it may be worth posting questions, there's at least one solicitor posts on here, and various others who know there way around legal textbooks.
