Irish holiday let?

I'm probably going to let out my holiday home on the West coast of Co. Mayo next year, anyone know the best way to go about this without going the Bord Failte route?

Description is 3 small bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single, bathroom consists of WC, wash basin, and shower [no bath]. Kitchen/Diner, living room with TV [sky UK free to air channels] DVD player.

Stacks of parking space with views over the Atlantic and Clare, Inishturk, Inishbofin islands + mountain views.

Close to 2 spate rivers with Salmon and Seatrout, also Close to Delphi and the Erriff fisheries.

Galway 60 miles.

how come youve not put it up for rent ??(unless you have,or didnt want to deal with the hassles of long-short term tenacys etc etc)

 

hope youve removed everything of good value of yours(silly question)

 

sounds really nice and with fishing its a nice little earner:)

 

what about putting ads in fishing mags as a fishing holiday etc?(just throwing out ideas which is probably what you first thought)

Long term isn't how we want to do it as we would still like to pop over when it's empty.

 

Nothing of value would be left in it.

 

It's a beautiful spot and we have probably one of the best sites in the area.
