I have only watched the ist one. (4 now). What do you guys think of them? Is it worth me buying the other 3?

They're fascinating, but the background music is an irritant and Danny Fairbrass getting hysterical doesn't make for enjoyable watching.

Informative, certainly. Enjoyable - if that's what floats ya boat, but he isn't what I'd call telegenic - and his weekly 'you MUST try this rig', is guaranteed to make me a cynical old g*t!.

That's a lot of cash to get the other 3. I would say get a mate or 2 to buy the other ones and take turns watching them.

I own the first but borrowed the others from a friend, and watched them over the course of about a week - by which time I was ready to do serious physical damage to Danny Fairbrass, who irritated me beyond tolerance.

 

The detail is great, but the presentation left much to be desired, for reasons already explained.

 

I wouldn't buy them all, as I don't have the required degree of anorak culture to justify it.
