Fairly new and keen to learn

Hi all,

Been fishing for just over a year, but only been about half a dozen times. Intended to start off slowly with float fishing and build up to carp but got taken carp fishing first time and got the bug.

Still keen to learn float fishing and get more carp experience. If anyone gives lessons let me know! lol

First ever fish caught was a 9 1/2 lb common carp, biggest to date is a 10lb common. Fishing in the Stratford on Avon area, Arden Fishery at Snitterfield and the Piggery at Shrewley mostly. Done Bishops Bowl at Deppers Bridge as it is close to work, not had much success there tho.

Looking forward to getting out again in March, itching to go!

Cheers

Thanks John, I'm sure float fshing is easy once you know how, I tend to learn best from being shown so some hands on tutoring would really help. As I don't get to fish often I don't want to waste my time trying on my own and making a rigt pig's ear of it :headhurt:
