Very worthy and all that stuff, but how much does it cost to enforce?, can it actually be enforced at all in any useful way? Should it be enforced in the first place?

I think it should be enforced but i dont think it will make the blindest bit of difference it seems like they are fighting a losing battle. but they have my full support nontheless and i think they will get full support from the rest of the angling community

No idea who is included in the current idea of an angling "community" but whats with giving people your "full support" when you think it won't work?
