bite alarms

A question to all the more experienced carpers here :)

Im looking to upgrade my alarms which at the moment are a set of 3 tfg force 8 alarms and reciever.........the reason is i think they are total rubbish

My wants in a new set

1. Set of 3

2. Wireless reciever with vibration, i like to have little or no sound from alarms during nights so i dont annoy other anglers, shame a lot of other anglers dont feel the same way.

3. Waterproof, and i know a lot of alarms that state waterproof just aint.

4. Nightlights would be nice

5. Perhaps bobbins that light up when i get a run (link to bite alarms)

6. cost - I wont pay over the odds but willing to buy a good set if they are reliable.

Ive been researching a little while and i was going to go for a prologic set vtsw but after reading the reviews hhmm not a chance, so please help :D

one word - Delkim :P

They have 3 alarms:

EV Plus 59,99

Standard Plus 84,99

TXI Plus 124,99

Not sure bout the receiever but these are quality alarms with vibration sensing and sensitivty, tone, volume controls.

Not cheap but worth the investment.

My PB's

[Tench-8lb] [Carp-17lb] [bream-7lb] [Pike-12lb] [Roach-1lb] [Rudd-14oz] [Crucian-2lb]

Tend to agree, they are the business with light up bobbins etc and they are by far the best alarms I have ever used. The receiver has a vibration only setting if you don't want any sound but they are expensive :(

thanks for the replys so far :)

Delkims do exactly what i want but i cant bring myself to spend £400 on 3 and reciever, however id like your opinions on the following

1. Fox mmxr alarms (think they've been discontinued) but roughly £200 or thereabouts

2. sundridge optonics £70ish for full set.

3. sundridge G2 set (150ish, full set) no vibrate but you can plug bobbins into it.

Its a shame the force 8 set wasent built better, they do 90% of what i wanted them to do....but they've lost me fish...which is unforgivable lol

Just for the record, what went wrong with them?
