iPhone Cutting Out

Finally got my iPhone back after 'repair' and, surprise, surprise, it cut out on the first call I made with it!

Mine has never cut out during a call, but had developed a habit of freezing for seconds at a time while browsing the web. I installed IOS4.01 a couple of days ago, and while it still freezes now and then, it seems much more stable. What's on yours?

IOS4.01 now. I've got to call them to see what they'll do next.

Probably best to do it from your land line!

 

Have they given you a brand new phone, or have they done something with your old one?

 

How much spare capacity have you got on the phone?

They say they've changed the circuit board and I have a new serial number. I can't quite get my head around that one

 

The phone has TONS of space left. It's the 32gb one and I have hardly anything on it. Haven't had the chance to yet!

I'd be pretty pee'd off about that then! When mine went wrong in warranty, I took it into the Apple store, demonstrated the problem and they swapped it for a brand new one there and then.

Trouble I have is demonstrating it. Last two calls have been fine. I'm just waiting for the next dropped call before I ring them back and lose it with them!

Got to say Elton that is a little disappointing! I say that because the site will not let me actually type my actual thoughts! Surely you now have grounds to have the phone swapped out for a new one OR extract a full refund for it? And try elsewhere? All joking apart that is I reckon quite newsworthy??
