Just use tinfoil, that'll work won't it?

 

Always did in the past :D

 

I'll stick a couple of eggs in the boot, too, in case the radiator ever springs a leak (anyone ever actually tried that method?)

 

Anyway, fuses are ordered and on the way. I have the basics in the motor now to fix most simple things, should the worst happen. All other purchases can wait until some proper bargains come up. My eBay 'saved search' list is growing by the day :D

Or a VERY small bolt!!

 

And yes tried the egg one with limited success! It's the white which you need try NOT to get the yolk in and you MAY be able to clear it if you can repair the leak.

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))
