Useless information

Filled in my tax self-assessment on line today.

Browsing through the "read this first" section, I discovered two (and only two) classes of people were debarred from using the on-line system.

1. Ministers of Religion

2. Lloyds Underwriters

Just what have these two groups got in common ? - apart from super-optimism ?

How does the Inland Revenue view these citizens ?

Too much inside information ? No grasp of fiscal reality ?

I'm intrigued - suggestions please.....

I suppose both are inclined to invoke "Acts of God". The first group to act as apologists for natural disasters, and the second to avoid paying out insurance claims on them.
