Are there any other coarse anglers in Hexham, I have only ever met one so far Loads of game anglers though

Phil, there are apparently some nice roach and chub in the stretch of the Tyne at Tyne Green in Hexham. I understand this may be available on a day ticket, though I'm not 100% sure.

Day Tickets are available for Tyne Green, you gat them from the TI centre in Wentworth Carpark.

 

The Chub fishing is improving year by year and there is also the odd Dace and Perch and plenty of Gudgeon but im yet to catch a good Roach.

 

The only free stretch of the tyne in the area I know of is at Corbridge.
