ACA Web Site

For a while now I've been trying to find out more about the A-C-A and perhaps put my money where my mouth is and join up. However, for about the last 200 years or so (approx.!) their "Join Us" link on their web site appears, well, incomplete.

 

Anybody know stuff?

Hi spindle,

 

On behalf of the A.C.A I must apologise for the website.

 

We are aware of the problems and hope they will be resolved over the next few months.

 

A new webmaster is being appointed and the website will be completely re-structured and more user friendly, in addition it will be updated on a regular basis.

 

Meanwhile, the A.C.A stand will be out and about at most of the forthcoming angling shows, and you are most welcome to pay us a visit on the stand. To check which shows we are attending then simply give the office a call on the number quoted by Gray-Catchpole (thanks Gray).

 

Alternatively, if you are eager to join and support an exteremely worthwhile cause, then simply send a cheque for £10.00 made payable to the "A.C.A" along with your name and address to; A.C.A, Eastwood House, 6 Rainbow Street, Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 8DQ.

I spoke to Bob at one of the CLA game fairs. He was very mean. He forced me to buy one of his nice centrepins...!!!

 

He seems a nice enough bloke. Has anybody spoken to my hero, the other bearded wonder, Chris Yates? Is he approachable? Or do you have to stalk him???

Hornet!!!! How are you? I haven't heard from you in ages we missed each other at the NEC. Jane told me that you were now deeply involved with the ACA which is great!

I will definatly catch up with you at Peover as I am demonstrating there...As ever the fine art of the Wallis cast! I usually store my gear on the ACA stand whilst I go for a wander.....

Not forgetting of course that you still owe me a days fishing
