Well richi, I do my bit for conservation, I only take the odd fish for the pan, most go back, and I do hate to see photos of boat anglers standing next to a pile of dead congar or some other unfortunate species. So wer'e not poles apart are we? I just don't like angling contests, catching fish for money seems that bit too far for me, and I don't think it looks good to the general public.

I'm hoping to get out on me little Bic next week, havn't been out for ages, and I'm missing the solitude, I just love looking back at the beach from 500yds out, magic. A mackerel or two would be nice, or a Plaice for the plate.
