I am going to fish the river wyre this coming week and would like some info if anyone has fished this water for the pike,what would be the best way to tackle this water and the best bait to use.The stretch of the river i will be fishing is near garstang....any help would be welcome...

Ste I hope you are going fluff chucking cos the coarse season on rivers is about to close this very evening, until june 16th.

Our perception of time as an orderly sequence of regular ticks and tocks has no relevance here in the alternative dimension that is fishing....... C.Yates
