For me it would be Zander. I enjoy catching both, but Zander will always be my favorite of the two. The truly personal reason is that I will take a Zander home to eat! The Pike will be released 90% of the time along with Carp,Wels,Tench and some others. For those that don't know it, they are delicious. :):D

Hi Hoppy, thought releasing fish, rather than killing 'em for consumption, was illegal in Germany!
