Hemp Seed

I soak for half day then cook for 20- 30 minutes making sure the water doesn't boil off. Also remember to keep the water that you boiled the seed in, its great for mixing with groundbait.

Quest!! The flask thing!! Don't put too much in at once!! It swells quite a bit!! Try about a third to start with and build on that.

Another little tip you could try is to add a teaspoon of soda bic. if you boil on a stove, makes it go a lot blacker and sometimes it will attract the fish even better!!

Best way to cook it is to get yourself a brewing bin (as for beer) and put an old kettle element in about an inch or so from the bottom of the bin (Through the side of the bucket) place a good distance away from the house add hemp and cold water and plug in the kettle lead. Leave for around an hour, but check after say 15 minutes for water loss and keep the water over the hemp. You can get a couple of gallons at a time and it freezes with no problems at all!!

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))
