River features

Just back from the river and the first time I've been down after the flooding. Most of the significant features are still there while entire trees, sandbars, and pebble beaches are nearly or completely gone. Some of my favorite swims have absolutely no cover and the contour of the bottom has changed a bit as well. Almost seems as if I have never been fishing there. Now I get to explore 'new water' again.

Anyone else have there favorite swim destroyed?

The best bit about rivers is the constant change... silting up, scouring out, and what drops in...
