Well, maybe, maybe not - beauty being in the eye of the beholder, and all that - but I NEVER thought I'd see an example of this particular reel sell at such a price! :o

Nothing at all wrong with the reels - I've got a couple of decent ones - but this REALLY took me by surprise, even if it DOES look the part, and is restored!

well ,i'm not gready ,i think its a fair price ,the one i picked to sell is the first one i got ,i've had my fair share of use from it .one of the reasons to sell it was that i only use the browning for special trips like lower itchin etc ,and when you've got two identical pins and the choice is do you take the browning ,or the browning ,its a for gone conclusion .plus if i don't get rid of one ,i'll never replace it .so ones going .i only had two other reels i fancied owning ,one was a vintage aerial .1st choice would be a double ventilated one (but i'm not that flush) ,second choice would be the 7950-T10 as its a rim lever check aerial which i like ,so i ended up getting my second choice ,now the only other centrepin i've fancied owning is a scotton long trotter (being a double ventilated aerial ,& half the cost of a vintage one) nearly orded one the other year .but a browning popped up so i brought that instead (this one i'm selling actually) which has been great ,then i got a second browning .so im getting rid of one and going to order the scoton long trotter (with side lever option) .

ok i still will only have a limited choice the browning or the vintage T10 for the next three years ,then when the lythe come's i'll really have trouble deciding

browning revolver or vintage aerial or the scotton long trotter ,how i suffer for my fishing

Be interesting to see how it pans out - there was an unused one about 3 weeks ago that went unsold with a BIN of £300 ;)

Sign of the times I imagine Peter. I've seen them snapped up at 500 ripp's ! It depends on who's looking at the time I suppose.
