Phoenix AC - Bedford

Anyone out there know anything about the Phoenix AC, Bedford. They would appear to have a couple of stretches of the Gt Ouse above Bedford.

 

I can find no reference to Phoenix AC on the internet, do they still exist?

I've fished a fair bit of the ouse above bedford. Unfortunately i've never heard of Phoenix AC what areas do they control.? They may be a pub club with just one small stretch of water.

Well I guess that they're either a Secret Society, or they no longer exist.

 

If the case is the latter, who has their waters now?
