well on a nice little video set i have called "a passion for angling" chris yates and bob james discuss a stocking record for a estate lake which would suggest the fish were upto 60 years of age.... and also with redmire pool...once again the fish in the lake probably reaching ages of 60 years ... thats not to say that the carp in question is gonna be that old..... different venues = different growth rates..but i also would be interested if anyone has any relevant links on the fish in question....... :)
