Another one to consider is a little program called PIXresizer. It's freeware, and dead easy to use. Your virus software may flag it up as a virus/trojan, but don't listen to it, it's perfectly safe!

I like the sound of this, but when the download finished my Nod32 antivirus flagged it as a potential threat. Any idea why?

s'AFUNNY ONE THAT!! JUST SOMETIMES YOU MAY HAVE USED STUFF FOR YEARS BUT GET A (WHAT THEY CALL IN THE TRADE?) A FALSE POSITIVE?? (Sorry) Just means there is something in there which is incorrectly?? Seen as a virus or part of some dodgy code and so marked as a virus. Also may have been seen to be used by a person or site that uses virus to distribute things and once so named.....

 

Best to trust things that have been recommended to be sure.

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

I think I've sussed it Chris. It's bundled with other (optional) software and the ubiquitous toolbar add-on. You don't have to use any of them, but doing so helps to pay for the otherwise free product.
