I would assume its some sort of canal method.

 

I think I will have to ask the seller.

 

 

PS

I will be aquiring some floats from this seller (with some samples) as I have heard they are very well made by the same supplier in italy as alot of the big names costing double in the shops.

From the seller I quote "'windmilling' when limbs & top 3 move so fast you dont get 10 seconds rest!!!

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

Yes - I have message from him this morning.

I presume its when you have a species such as bleak in front of you and you are trying to catch as many as possible - I have heard of anglers catching one every seven or eight seconds.

I can imagine an angler getting into a steady rhythm using the same movement over and over and over etc etc
