Anglers' Net is built with Frontpage. I don't have the knowledge to do more 'raw' html, so have concentrated on content rather than design.

 

It doesn't do too badly

Don't laugh guys,

I generate the copy on my e-mail in the drafts section then e-mail it to Sue and where the pics should go are indicated.

She then uses Dreamweaver and sends it from the iMac to the p.c. jockeys and viola it appears on the site.

I then check it out adopting the attitude of someone who has undergone a total lobotomy and if I can work it out then its O.K. otherwise they have to do it again.

Fortunately they make allowance for my geriatric computer tendencies and don,t seem to mind.

Having being in the printing industry for 42 years I can't get used to the graphic limitations of the Mac platform versus the p.c. one and also the way one has to accept a first class pic turned into the resolution of coarse silkscreen.

I am sure this will all improve when line speeds do and Microsoft improves its waterdowned cribs of the Mac graphic platform.
