With a dial-up connection on Freeserve, mine was 22kps the first time, then I repeated it 24kps. Does it make any difference to the test once you have the images in your temporary internet files folder?

English as tuppence, changing yet changeless as canal water, nestling in green nowhere, armoured and effete, bold flag-bearer, lotus-fed Miss Havishambling, opsimath and eremite, feudal, still reactionary, Rawlinson End.

Just done the "simple"test and got 294kps and 36801Bps throughput, is that good or bad?

 

AN seems to be a bit slow tonight but my own site and a couple of others that I checked seem to be almost normal speed.

 

Most days I get "instant" responce from any site.

Edit, Just tried again and got UK 345, I am looking for 500+
