Current Best English Football Manager?

In the English Premiership over the years the majority of the top winning teams seem to have not been managed by English men, they have been mainly either Scottish, Irish, or from the continent.

I’m wondering people’s opinion’s on whom is currently the best English manager?

Currently I don’t think there are many good up and rising England born managers, I think former national team managers Bobby Robson and Terry Venables are still streaks ahead of all other English managers, with Bobby probably edging it in my opinion.

Surely there is no one in any of the leagues to compare with Barry Fry

English as tuppence, changing yet changeless as canal water, nestling in green nowhere, armoured and effete, bold flag-bearer, lotus-fed Miss Havishambling, opsimath and eremite, feudal, still reactionary, Rawlinson End.
