Hi everyone

Trying to catch up on a late start to the year, (children being born,work,and other distractions)but getting in to some nice barbel on the river finaly, just after some advice on sweetcorn,does any one know how to dye it black? or whitch products to use?

to dye it red I use foodstuff dye from the baking section of the supermarket.

I just put corn in a freezer bag, add some of the dye then add whatever flavour I want to add and freeze the corn.

works for me but do not over do the flavour or colour. When my first batch was thawed and used my fingers turned red for a few days!!!!!!!
