Mmmmm, no, I went for that right from the start and was advised thet was not the way to go?? Bye gum! It's a strange world!! But I did get it working again, but even though they saw each other and signal was brill stil no go!! I'm waiting for some books to surface and I have also just got a cover disc from XP mag which has a bit about w'less n'king and if that doesn't help I'll at least be able to use the help site legit, so to speak!!

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Got both a PCI wireless network card in main pc (also tried using wireless access point), both should have the same function to try and connect to my laptop which has built in wireless point.

It also has bluetooth but that has been diabled so it cannot interfer signal wise.

Both give out a really strong signal for send/receive and although they can see each other they will not interact.

It takes longer for the river to get to the sea than it does for a man to make an error.

Mine are the same!! Speaking and are passing data but just not mine!!
