polly,the show is on every friday night on discovert realtime (h&l) on sky channel 133 or cable304/133 (tele west 271) or the top-up 28 at 10pm theres 10 episodes where dean macey fishes for a different species each week with a different guest expert so far he's fished for tench with bob church ,chub with stef "the smiler" horak & barbel with ray "rolling" walton and this week its phil smiths turn fishing for bream.

I think Peter Stone in his book on legering said that the weight rather than the hook was the most likely piece of end tackle to get snagged.
