WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT!

I have enough pages in my fishing diary to take me up to 2039

Will be 105 then.......

My friend Alf was Individual Billiard Champion of our local billiards and snooker league for twenty one consecutive years. He made several breaks of 100 or more.

The night of the last final he played, he made the winning stroke, shook his opponents hand, accepted the traditional pint offered the winner, and sat down to wipe his cue and put it in its case.

Whilst doing so, he keeled over - dead.

I wouldn't mind something similar, at 105, with a big (VERY big) marlin just tagged and released.

BTW an interesting statistic I once read was that the age at which your chances of living one more year were worse than even.........was 105 ! Surprising
