I'd first give some money to charity.

I would make sure that the local community round here for once actually got some facilities that they want.

 

I'd also buy up every house that came on the market and give them to local folks to live in.

 

Build some desperatley needed sports facilities, and small business workshops. Provide some public transport.

 

Fund a proper angling conservation body and employ proper lobbyists to do the job that too many disparate groups are doing at the moment...

 

Then I'd have to stop and think about the other £120,000,000
