Its actually very easy to get a list of IP addresses, maybe not for you in particular, but all you`d need to do is have a simple database (flatfile or other) with a few lines of php script.

 

$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];

 

The above will show you your public IP address and its easy to put that into a database table just from visiting a page.
