Well the Trent, Derwent and Dove all flow through Derbyshire and are some of the best Coarse fishing rivers in the Country.

The Derwent runs through the centre of town and is mostly day ticket.

The Trent is about 3 miles from Derby but there are few day tickets available.

Where are you planning to stay?

Was just gonna ask the same as dogfish depends what part of derbyshire your staying in, if your talking the peak district itself then a lot of it is fly but nearer to derby theres a ot on offer.

i have a friend that frequents Willows carp and coarse fishery at Sessay (think that's how it's spelt) on the outskirts of York. He's always rabbiting on about the place, so can't be to bad.

as for accomadation , i'm not to clued up but.......... http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=hot...le+Search&meta= may come up trumps for you :)
