hope its the suffolk one for him lol. the one i was thinking really only has the grand union canal. dont get me wrong, some good fishing to be had there.

fishing it in the morning for a couple hours before work, some nice bream to be had. lots of roach and perch. had over 50 fish last monday.

There is life beyond carp if its the Suffolk one. Real Crabtree stuff.

In that case head for the water meadow, follow the signs for the theatre, but best have a walk around the day before. Caught my first ever zander down there and my first ever grand total of 50 pike in a session, albeit all a tad small! Gorgeous place.

There is also a Sudbury on the River Dove.
