Putting a website onto a CD/DVD

Hi all,

I'm in the process of publishing a newsletter.

I have it in a word document and intended to use Acrobat for the final item.

I got to thinking about publishing it on a CD using Frontpage so I can add links to items etc within and outside of the newsletter.

Can this be done?

How can I save it to disc without the files being editable?

Will I need to add IE to the disc?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Colin

Is it possible to have links within Acrobat?

Yes this is possible as its just html files.

If the files are html then theres no sure way of protecting them without encrypting the source, but with acrobat you can protect the content by adding a password so the file cannot be edited, but it can be viewed without using the password.

Will I need to add IE to the disc?

I wouldn`t have thought so as nearly all computers have a browser of some sort.

Yes its possible
