i noticed the same thing in a government stairway ,i think it was timed for a sprinter because it switched off 2/3rds of the way up

been talk of lighting up buck house using "enviromentally freindly" lighting errrr perhaps leaving it dark is more so.

look about all gov buildings are lit up on the outside and even churches ,not only expensive but pointing upwards causing great light polution :rolleyes:

do you need streetlights after midnight ? or on motorways at all?

aviation fuel should be taxed the same as deisel (after all its a transportation device like a lorry) bugger the aviation business its not needed anyway :rolleyes:
