Scarborough Friday 10th November

I had a night off the cod fishing last night although there was a venue I was quite fancying for a couple of fish I decided on a bit of a recce to find out more information on whiting fishing the venues at Scarborough. Fished last night from 6.45 to 9pm. To be honest the conditions were non too pleasant with a strong westerly wind in my face and driving rain. Using squid and mackerel I managed 2 dabs and 2 whiting but didn't have many more bites at all. Not the most productive of nights but every outing goes into my fishing database and as always I learned a little more about the venues I fish. Got home just in time to watch bo in the USA and some cracking Gingerness from Mick Hucknell.
