An afternoon after a tinca

I had another attempt at a tench today....managed one . It was only a little one probably weighing about 3 to 4lb so nothing to rave about. It was the first one of the year for me though so it was nice to catch it especially as about 3yrs ago some pillock thought it would be a good idea to introduce a dozen or more small wells catfish into the water and they're between 11 and 15lb already. I would imagine the tench will all be gobbled up by the cats withing a short time as the waters only about 1 1/2 acres !...It's quite sad as the water is / was an excellent little tench, rudd and crucian water.
