I assume you mean Thornbacks and Stingray, both can be caught at Reculver.

I phoned Ron Edwards tackle shop a couple of days ago, and the reports were very poor, hardly anything being caught. I fished Hythe yesterday, and although there was a nice brisk Westerly, a coloured sea, and very low pressure, all I caught were three small Pouting and a tiny Dab!

It is absolutely dire.

You will need an onshore blow before you fish Reculver, not much good otherwise, but that applies to most places. Even then, I wouldn't hold your breath.

Not much help I'm afraid, sorry about that.

If no one fishes nothing gets caught.. keep trying.,.
