Just had a good laugh, the next house to me is having a lean-to pulled down to have conseratory built on, all of a sudden there was a lot of shouts and running about, they had disturbed a nest of rats in the walls.

I should think in another week or so they will be moving back outside, then the problem goes away untill next winter.
