Mitre Hardy 3 pc. Fly Rod

I am new to your forum, so I hope this gets posted properly.

 

I have just acquired a very nice looking as new 9' 3pc. Mitre Hardy Fly Rod and cloth case. I have some questions to the experts. It also has a Payne gold label on it??

 

!. is this a real Hardy product.

2. what does Mitre mean?

3. what is the approx value of the rod?

Have spotted one or two Hardy'mitre' rods in the auction sales.Some have gone for bettween £30 and £45,what condition they were in i do not know-sorry can't be any more helpfull.
