Yup it is good news but sadly it only covers a very small area.. but the main thing is .. it's a start

When that bloke said ..Lies, Damn Lies and more Damn Lies.... It must have been about Scallop Dredging spokesmen....An industry spokesman says 20 boats,and owners will have their livliehood threatened...Finnie says, Only 1 will be affected, and he's been taken care of..... :rolleyes: reading between the lines, it seems Finnie only introduced the ban, because he had to follow a EU directive....not because he cared. :wallbash:
